Land of Magick

I dream of a far away land,

A land where magick reigns true.

In this land of magick,

Your deepest desires are a heart beat away.

This land is composed of Elves,

This land is ruled by the Lord,

and the Lady of Magick.

The land I speak is the Holy Isle,

also known as Avalon.

The Greatest Thank You of All

I can stand with the weight of the world on my shoulders,

I can fight with toughest of the tough,

I can laugh in the face of all my insecurities,

I can walk down a darkened path without fear,

I can sit alone and not feel lonely,

I can go through life with the knowledge of your love.

I can motivate others to do the right thing,

I can speak my mind whenever I feel that I must,

I can say sorry when I'm wrong,

I can cheer when excited about something,

I can realize that my dreams will come true,

I can go through life with you by my side.

I can see my future unfolding before me,

I can survive another day,

I can fly through obsticales in my way,

I can touch the hearts of many people,

I can taste the sweet taste of victory,

I can go to my death bed with you by me all the way.

I thank you Goddess for being my guiding light,

my shoulder to cry on,

my savior when I needed saving,

my mother when I needed to be helped the most,

my sister when I needed a simpathetic ear,

my strength when I needed it to go on,

my friend when I needed someone there.

On this full moon night,

We honour the Mother Goddess.

We honour her with praises,

and a feast in her name.

By the light of the bonfire,

We dance and sing ancient hymes.

As the high priestess chants,

A wind blows around the sacred circle.

The Goddess has made her presence known,

Our mother is very pleased.

As the night progresses,

the ritual must begin.

The tribute consists of the Virgin Huntress,

And the Mighty Hunter.

The Hunter will bless the Huntress with child.

The child is conceived in our Mother's name,

And in the honour of our Father.

Though their faces have been covered by masks and paint,

The lovers will forever have a bond.

In the past they were prohibited to know each other's identity,

But now the Goddess allows them to be together in her name.

Our Great Mother looks upon us and says,

"Blessed Be My Children,

"Welcome to the surface of the Mother Goddess."
